Hraninvest-Hranmashcomplect AD have a wide range of equipment for machining of parts including: laser sheet/plate cutting machines; guillotine shears; CNC oxygen cutting machine; hydraulic and eccentric presses; bending machines; universal and CNC lathes; universal and CNC milling machines; flat and circular grinders; gear cutting machines; and furnaces for heat treatment of parts.
Our machines are grouped to handle workpieces of the following size ranges: from 20 to 250 mm; from 250 to 500 mm; from 500 to 1600 mm; from 1600 to 4000 mm.
Generally, the dimensional tolerances achieved with machining of conventional are up to 0.1 mm.
The tolerances of dimensions of high-precision machined parts are in the range from 0.01 to 0.03 mm.
We control the quality of our parts by special measuring devices, including 3-D measuring CNC machine.
Along with the manufacture of machinery and equipment, stainless steel tanks and machining of parts, Hraninvest-Hranmashcomplect AD is also a longtime manufacturer of welded support structures, air ducts, filters, silencers, foundations for the machine building, power industries and many other applications.
The available manufacturing facilities were refurbished and renovated, and today we have the most advanced welding equipment from Fronius and Kempi for E, WIG and MIG-MAG welding. In addition to this modern welding equipment, we also have facilities for welding of very large structures – production hall of height 12 m and clearance of 8 m, equipped with two bridge cranes of lifting capacity 12 t.
The company has implemented certified welding procedures in accordance with ASME and EN ISO 15614-1 for S235, S275, 304L, 316L, duplex steels and employs qualified welding personnel certified to ASME and EN 287-1 for the above welding methods.
Welding processes are performed under the supervision of qualified international welding engineers (IWE). Welded structures are controlled by qualified and certified personnel (EN 473). Welded joints are checked by visual inspection, non-destructive and destructive testing.
Welded structures, depending on customer requirements, are cleaned by grit blasting, sand blasting or bead blasting, and then coated with corrosion-resistant materials. Coating processes (environment and coat thickness) are controlled by special means from ELCOMER and use of methods in compliance with the requirements of European and international standards.
Hraninvest-Hranmashcomplect AD operates an automatic manufacturing line for tanks in stainless steel AISI 304; AISI 316.
The line consists of machines for uncoiling, straightening, cutting, installation of thermal jackets, welding, grinding, cleaning of finished vessels and testing. This automatic line allows to manufacture tanks in large quantities and of volumes up to 100 cu.m. while ensuring a constant quality.
The manufacture of stainless tanks with thermal jacket for cooling or warming of liquids inside them is by employing a new technology. A cooling or heating source is used to create pressure up to 10 bar inside the point-welded sheets and form the jacket. The jackets are designed for a working pressure in the range of 5 – 6 bar (thermal jackets made by the old technology were designed for a maximum of 3 bar).
The completely automated welding process ensures quality and endurance of tanks and remarkably distinguishes their appearance as compared to the tanks made by the old technology.
The automatic line can also apply a protective film on the stainless steel sheets. The tanks manufactured at this line guarantee conformity and quality to European standards to our customers.
